As of March 18, 2021, our Coeur d’Alene laboratory services relocated to our Kellogg location. We also opened a service center in Hayden, ID on March 22, 2021 with courier times at 2:00 pm Monday to Thursday. Details are below.
As of April 2023, our pick-up/drop-off location in Sandpoint, ID has changed. You can visit the new location at Kootenai-Ponderay Sewer District, 511 Whiskey Jack Rd, Sandpoint, ID 83864. The courier times have not changed. Samples will be picked up promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesdays. Please contact us if you have any questions.
